After the 26th amendment in the constitution of Pakistan. Article 9A is inserted in the chapter of Fundamental rights in the constitution of Pakistan 1973.
Article 9A says that “Every Person shall be entitled to a clean, healthy and sustainable environment.”
It means State is bound to provide the clean and healthy environment to its citizen.
